It is recommended that you have your hot tub serviced at least once a year. This helps to keep your hot tub running smoothly and look after your warranty.
This will ensure all components are running smoothly and any potential unseen problems can be addressed to prevent anything becoming serious. It also gives the hot tub a deep clean and we try to time this at one of your scheduled water changes. Please keep this in mind when carrying out your 3 or 4 monthly water change.

Winter Shut Down
Hot tubs are designed to look after themselves in terms of filtering and temperature protection when not in use. If however you choose not to use it during certain periods of the year or there is a reason it will not be used for an extended period of time we can shut down your hot tub correctly for you.
Generally a winter shut down would cost from £150 but please consult a member of staff for correct pricing for your hot tub. A winter shut down includes completely draining the hot tub including the pipework within the spa cabinet.
We can offer repairs and replacement parts for most hot tubs on the market.

Call out charges:
Call out charge 24hrs - £150 for the first 2 hours including travelling from our site at PE12 8LY
£50 an hour for every hour after the initial call out including travelling back to our site at PE12 8LY
Calls outs under warranty of spas we have sold are free of charge. However, if the problem is found not to be a warranty issue or not covered under warranty there will be a charge invoiced to you.
We do hold a large amount of parts in stock and hope to complete any repairs as swiftly as possible but we cannot guarantee this and there may be a period of time when you will not have the use of your hot tub.
